Anisa Academy will guide and support participants through the entire document and visa process. However, the processing of documents in Indonesia (such as translations, apostilles, and visa applications) must be handled directly by the participant. The total estimated cost for this stage is around €400–€500. Once the participant successfully completes the readiness test and fulfills Anisa Academy’s program requirements, Anisa Academy will cover the cost of the German language course and reimburse all document-related expenses after a contract with a German company is secured.
The German language course is fully funded by Anisa Academy for participants who have passed the readiness test and meet the eligibility criteria. This course helps participants achieve the required language level (usually B1) to qualify for the Ausbildung program in Germany.
The participant is responsible for covering the initial costs related to document and visa preparation, which are approximately €400–€500 in total. Anisa Academy will cover the cost of the German language course (around €60) to help the participant develop the necessary language skills for the Ausbildung program. During the language course — which lasts several months — participants can pay for their visa and documentation gradually, month by month, until everything is completed. It’s important to keep all payment receipts, as Anisa Academy will reimburse 100% of these document-related costs once a contract with a German company is successfully secured.
